After winning the lottery, the lives of the lucky winners become a nightmare. References Zameo ih vjetar (1939). A comedy? Hmmm… Not so much or in the style of Cohen or Tarantino. I don’t usually like comedies, especially French comedies, but this one is really worth watching. It’s funny, inventive, brilliant and bloody – yes, bloody – always surprising. Several different stories, several segments showing people who won the lottery – the tombola – but actually have a lot of problems instead. The first segment is shown before the opening credits. This scheme should have been talked about much earlier. I’ve never heard of anything like it, though. This story won’t make you jealous of winning the lotto bars. But don’t worry, your chance of winning is one in a million. That’s why I think it’s better to be a loser.
